- 50% deposit to secure reservation is required upon booking
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- One-half of deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled with at least 45 days notice
- All major credit cards are accepted – verified and secured with Pay Pal
- $200 fully refundable damage deposit is required with final payment
- Standard Check-In is after 3:00 pm and Check Out is by 11:00 am.
- Subject to availability, Check In and Check Out times may be flexible with at least one week’s notice
